Cacao Tofu Brownie

Ingredients:
200 g drained silky tofu
70 g dark chocolate
1 egg
80 g cane sugar
30 g spelled flour
10 organic cornstarch
1 pinch of salt


Preparation

Step 1

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler

 

2nd step

In a bowl or food processor, beat the tofu with a whisk. Make it creamy. Add all the ingredients as you go.

 

Stage 3

Put in a buttered pan, bake in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes at 180 °. Cool and serve fresh.
